Where we work
Wajir County
Drought response, new wells and protection for families.
Our work in Wajir
Wajir is a dryland county in north-eastern Kenya. When the rains fail, water points dry up, livestock weaken and families struggle to find food. Pastoralist communities are among the first to feel it.
What we do in Wajir
Emergency response
Drought response
The Wajir Emergency Response Support Project (WERP) began in January 2026. For six months it gives critical food supplies to 600 families.
