Since fighting broke out in April 2023, Sudan has faced one of the largest displacement crises in the world. Millions of people have fled their homes, inside Sudan and across its borders, and many families are going hungry.
Islamic Relief Sudan teams are working to reach families with emergency aid.
In Kassala State, Islamic Relief has been distributing more than 2,800 food baskets, reaching over 14,000 refugees and members of the communities hosting them.
In Gedaref State, our teams have given displaced families tents, plastic sheeting, hygiene kits and water storage kits, so they have shelter and safe water.
Every donation, large or small, helps a family who has lost almost everything to get through another day with dignity.
