Families in Gaza have lost their homes, their loved ones and their livelihoods. Many have been forced to move again and again, and now live in crowded shelters with little food, water or medical care.
Islamic Relief teams in Gaza continue to reach families with emergency aid whenever it is possible to do so.
In 2026, Islamic Relief Palestine has been delivering fresh, nutritious hot meals to around 1,141 displaced families living in 10 shelters in Gaza City. Most are children, women, older people, people with disabilities and people living with long-term illness.
Regular, safe meals ease the daily hardship of life in the shelters and help families keep their dignity.
The need is immense, and every donation, large or small, helps a family get through another day with dignity.
